Information we collect and why
We receive your name, contact details, enquiry and documents needed for our work through email, telephone and consultations. We use them to answer enquiries, arrange appointments, prepare quotes, enter into and perform agreed services, manage billing and records, and meet legal obligations. We obtain your consent before using the information for other purposes unless the law permits otherwise.
Please do not attach passport or residence-card images, or your My Number, to your first message. We explain which documents are needed and how to provide them when we confirm the scope of the work.
How the contact page works
This website does not automatically send or save the message you edit on the contact page. “Open email app” opens a draft in your device’s email application. We receive it only after you send it from that application. “Copy message” uses your device’s clipboard.
Sharing information and service providers
We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law. Before submitting information to an authority or sharing it with an employer, family member or another party, we confirm the purpose, recipient and scope in line with the services you request.
We may use external providers, including email services, as needed for our work. We review their handling terms and exercise necessary and appropriate oversight. Where a transfer constitutes provision to a third party in another country, we provide the required information, obtain consent or take other steps required by law.
Website hosting and email
Cloudflare provides website delivery and protection. It may process IP addresses, access times and request information to deliver and secure the site. We do not install advertising or behavioural analytics tags on this website.
We use Google’s Gmail to receive enquiries. Please also review the providers’ policies. When you follow a link to an external service, that service’s privacy policy applies.
Security and retention
We limit access and handling to those who need it and appropriately manage devices and accounts to help prevent unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. We retain information for as long as needed for its purpose, legal record-keeping and contractual obligations. We review the need for retention and appropriately delete or dispose of information that is no longer needed.
Your requests and our contact details
Contact us below to request notification of purposes of use; disclosure of retained personal data or third-party disclosure records; correction, addition or deletion; cessation of use or erasure; or cessation of third-party provision. We verify your identity or authority to act to the extent necessary and respond in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot comply, we explain why.
